My Story
As an entrepreneur, passion, drive, and dedication have been my guiding principles. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of founding and building numerous companies, some of which have hit the seven and eight-figure mark in revenue. This accomplishment has not only brought me recognition but also earned me the honor of being listed in the Inc. 500/5000 list for five consecutive years. My journey in the business world has largely revolved around the real estate industry. I’ve built a diverse portfolio that includes apartment complexes, single-family homes, industrial properties, and self-storage facilities. Whether it’s the start-up phase or the growth phase of a business, I’ve always thrived. Raising funds, building networks, creating productive partnerships, and providing strategic oversight are some areas where I’ve excelled.
One thing that defines me is my honesty and ethical approach to doing business. I believe in fair negotiations and leveraging technology to achieve business goals. I am known for my professionalism and excellent communication skills. As a leader, I aim to inspire my team and help them grow. I am well-versed with market insights and risk management, and I understand SEC and NASD rules and regulations, making me a valuable asset to any organization.
Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted husband and a proud father of two. I feel honored to have been recognized for my achievements, including being listed in the Cincinnati Business Courier Fast 55 list for three consecutive years and the Big 50 for one year. I’ve also been named in the Remodeling Magazine List for two consecutive years and have received the Remodeling 550 award. A quote I live by is, “The secret to life is giving” by Tony Robbins. Over the past eight years, I’ve scaled a company from scratch to being on the Inc. 500 list five years in a row, and generated an annual revenue of $10.5 million. I believe in embracing challenges and creating value through smart and effective solutions. My journey so far has taught me many lessons. I am in my mid-30’s, yet I feel like I’ve lived a lifetime. I have a beautiful wife, Maurianna, and two lovely kids, Dean & Annabelle.
My life’s goal is to create value that gives back and positively impacts people. I aim to be a positive role model and seize mentoring opportunities whenever they come up. I believe in setting goals and finding mentors who can hold me accountable.
